    Together, the doulas of Mama's Friend has over 20 years experience in and around nursery, labor and delivery. They have attended hundreds of births and advocate for parents to know their options.

    Mama's Friend practices evidence-based education and is centered on "go with the flow, but know your options" - they want all mamas (and dads) to feel informed, listened to and respected, and that their choices are supported throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and with a newborn.

    Jordan Miles believes that women should be the keepers of their own bodies - that with the right support and education, every woman has the ability to make the best decisions for herself and for her family.

    She believes that pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are some of the most important times in a woman’s life. And that each woman should have access to high quality care, with ample time for questions, conversations and education.

    Beth Turner, IBVCL is a Registered Nurse and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant who has worked exclusively with mothers and babies for 17 years.

    Currently, Beth offers resources, interventions, and innovative techniques to support the habilitation of the breastfeeding moms and babies on overcoming oral dysfunction.
